Release From Future Liability
In consideration of the Raging Buffalo Wakeboard School affording me instructions, and lessons in wakeboarding/wakeskating/wakesurfing, and/or tows for wakeboarding/wakeskating/wakesurfing, I, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and/or for the minor for whom I am signing, release and forever discharge the aforesaid, their agents, servants and persons connected with the lessons, instruction, and boating, of and from any and all right to claims, demands, and actions whatsoever that I may have for any and all loss, damage, or injury to me or my equipment, or to the minor for whom I am signing whether or not same is due to negligence or other fault for or because of any matter done, omitted, or suffered to be done.
I accept that wakeboarding/wakeskating/wakesurfing can be hazardous activities which can result in serious personal injury or death. I understand that I assume all risks of personal injury or loss of damage to property. I recognize that Raging Buffalo operates on a waterway with variations in terrain, other obstacles and hazards including other participants which may exist throughout the area. I hereby release the Management of Raging Buffalo, its owners and any and all agents from any and all legal liability and/or responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that may result in from my use of the property and facilities.
I understand there are inherent risks in the sport of wakeboarding/wakeskating/wakesurfing and I am voluntarily participating in this wakeboarding/wakeskating/wakesurfing activity with full knowledge of the possible dangers and risk of injury involved to me.
I certify that I am a competent swimmer and possess no physical ailments or limitations that may prevent me from safely participating in this activity.
Participant grants to Raging Buffalo the non exclusive right to use Participant's name or likeness in any photographs, television or videos for the limited purpose of promoting or advertising Raging Buffalo and/or it's activities.
THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, AND UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.
