SESSION: What do I need to bring with me?

Wear a swimsuit/trunks, bring a towel, drink and snack, sunscreen and enthusiasm!  We'll provide everything else!

SESSION: My friend and I both bought sessions, do we go on the boat at the same time or separately?

Everyone boards the boat at the beginning of the session and we head out on the water together.  We usually do a land lesson for those that need it and then each person gets their 2 sets of on water time.  We absolutely cannot take someone that arrives late as it will disrupt our schedule entirely and that of our other customers.

SESSION: I'm at the docks of the Broken Oar and I don't see the Raging Buffalo Wakeboard Boat, what do I do?

If you do not see us at the dock right away do not worry we might be out on a set and we will be at the dock in time for your departure.  Hold tight, grab a bottle of water, change into your swimming gear if need be, and we will be arriving to pick you up shortly.

SESSION: Can I bring a drink or snack on the boat?

Yes!! We encourage it!  Especially on hot days it is very important that you stay hydrated and fueled up with energy. Some of our students bring a cooler bag with a couple of drinks and snacks with them.

SESSION TIMES: I can't seem to find the session times to choose from, nothing happens on my calendar

Try a different browser, maybe Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Some browsers have incompatibilities with the software and we have no control over it.  Try this and if it doesn't work email us (events at raging buffalo dot com)

SESSION TIMES: How do I book an evening session or a Friday afternoon session?

When you click on Select Service, choose Wakeboarding Small Class Set, all of the evening appointments on weeknights will appear as well as the Friday 1pm session.  The only difference in these classes is that we only allow 3 students instead of 6.

RESERVATIONS: What if i'm late for my session or I don't show up?

Unfortunately you forfeit your voucher or are required to pay for your session.  We have a limited amount of slots during each session and absolutely need a 48 hour cancellation notice to honor the appointment cancellation.  We thank you for understanding this.

RESERVATIONS: I'm trying to book multiple people for one session how do I do it?

Once you select a date and time, you can select Quantity.  If the quantity that you need is not available then please select another day. Some sessions allow a maximum of 6 people and other sessions allow for a maximum of 3 people depending on the time you select.  Your confirmation email will state how many people you booked for, (see screen shot #2 means for 2 people).

RESERVATIONS: I'm a mom of 2 kids can I ride along to watch my children?

Absolutely in fact we encourage it! We can only fit 11 people on a boat including the driver and the 6 students per session so we have a couple of extra spots for viewers to watch. We always try to accomodate parents of minor children first. If everyone brings a spectator guest we may have to rotate them in as there would not be enough room on the boat for the riders and the spectators.

RESERVATIONS: I bought a voucher and would like to use it to book my reservation how do I do that?

Select your session and when it asks you to pay click on "pay later", the next screen will ask for your voucher number.  Please be sure to include all voucher numbers for all people that you are reserving for that session.

RESERVATIONS: I bought a deal (livingsocial, groupon, deal, etc) and I won't be able to make it this year to wakeboard what can I do?

The amount you paid (most likely $99) can be applied to a lesson for next year.  Your promotional value, Wakeboard Session, Goody bag, Board Rental, etc will expire on the promotional expiration date.  However, the amount you actually paid can be applied to a lesson for next season or to snowboarding services over the winter.  Email us to confirm.

RESERVATIONS: How do I cancel or reschedule my lesson?

f you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you may do so through our Web site, www.ragingbuffalo.com/reserve. If you need to reschedule we require that it is done with 48 hours notice so that we can try to fill the spot that we were holding for you. If you have any questions please call 847-224-2820.

We launch out of The Broken Oar Marina/Bar & Grill, 614 Rawson Bridge Road, Port Barrington, IL 60010.  If you have a problem call us at 847-224-2820.

You most likely called the snowboard park line which is off during the summer, please call us on the Wakeboard Reservation Line 847-224-2820.  If we do not answer leave a message and we'll be in touch as soon as we possibly can.

Most likely we are all out on a lesson. We will respond to you as soon as we possibly can.
