Employee Voting....You have to be logged in to even see the voting polls, are you logged in? I just checked the page and everything seems to be okay.
As far as the Karma goes, I temporarily took down the page. A user can still see their karma by viewing their account information:

JUST AN FYI...In case on March 18th you wonder where everything disappeared to...Read On...
The Karma page for all RB Registered Users will close at 8pm on March 18th, 2005. The page will *poof* ~ disappear....
The Employee contest will also automatically shut down at 10pm on March 18th, 2005. It is pertinent that you vote prior to this time if you want your vote to count. The contest will *poof* ~ disappear....

Nice eh? It is in real time...I purposely put it on a separate page only viewable by registered users. If you're not logged in you don't even see that the page exists. I've been swamped with other things but finally got it up the way I wanted it to be, much easier to see who has the most karma this way.
