Does anyone use a vew-do balance board (or similar/better balance board)? I just started riding last
winter and only got out a few times. Still need to gain more confidence on riding and switching edges quickly - and not catching! These boards are supposed to help
with balance, toe-heel, and riding on your edges properly...not to
mention there is an add-on you can get for more exercise that is supposed to help strengthen for the season....wondering what you
guys thought about these boards, or if you have ever used one, and if they are worth getting ( price isn't really an issue - I don't need to make one out of an old skate deck, lol)...and for those who have one, or use it, do you
have any suggestions on which board to get? Pretty sure I want one of these babies....just having a hard time deciding which would be best for my snowboarding skill level (I want one that is versatile - so i am not bored on a newbie only one) I am thinking that the
Zippy, Flow, or the Indy would work best.....i'm
not too keen on the zippy shape, I like the indy or flow shapes better,
however the zippy "rock" as it is called is supposed to be for training
to ride on your edges better....would like to feel more prepared when i
go out for my second season! So perhaps I would order the zippy rock w/ a flow or indy board? :) I'm so out of shape too so I'm hoping
that between doing this and riding my bike, along w/ a few other exersizes I'll be ready to go for the season, and will be able to keep up w/ my boyfriend all day! :P
Thanks for your insights!
